What does LatticeFox actually sell?
Intelligent AI companion toys — Microduck, Loona, aibo, OlloNi, Moflin, Fuzozo 芙崽, 智能憨憨, Ropet, KATA Friends, and LOVOT — plus charging docks, colour accessory kits, and custom balance payments.
Can I buy a charger or a colour accessory?
Yes. The Companion Charging Dock and Color Accessory Kit are in Shop. If you agreed a specific colour surcharge or remaining balance, use Custom Pay (1 unit = USD 1.00).
How does payment work?
After you submit checkout, we create an order in our system and then send you to Stripe to pay securely. You will receive an order number immediately.
Can I pay a custom amount or a remaining balance?
Yes. Use Custom Pay for colour accessories, extra shipping, or remaining balance. 1 unit = USD 1.00 — enter the quantity equal to the agreed dollar amount. Include your original order number so we can match the payment.
Do companions include shipping?
Physical toys, chargers, and colour kits require a complete shipping address. A shipping fee is added at checkout. Custom Pay for a surcharge does not need an address.
How long until you reply to an inquiry?
